Privacy Policy for User Fee

User fee is an application developed and monitored by the in-house team of Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration of Andhra Pradesh in order to facilitate the waste management handling charges for all the Municipalities across the state.
This privacy policy outlines how the application collects , uses and protects the information of its users in compliance with the data security and protection policies adhering to the laws and regulations.

Information Collection and Use

Registration or login are not required for users. By simply entering their phone number, users can initiate payment collection for waste management handling charges.The purpose of this information is solely to retrieve user records from our server and facilitate payment using the third party gateway PayU. Kindly note that we have no control over how the information collected from you is utilized or disclosed by third-party sites or services

Data Handling

• Collection: User Fee only uses the phone number provided by users to fetch the required payment records. Personal information is not stored in our servers.
• Usage: The permissions for Internet access, WiFi status, and network state are used solely to ensure server connectivity and inform users of their connection status.
• Storage and Security: All data is fully encrypted and processed securely within our servers, ensuring robust protection both on the client and server sides.

User Control Rights

Users have the right to review, modify, or delete their data by using the "Raising a Ticket" option within the app or by sending an email to clap.cdma@gmail.com. This ensures that the user is in control of their personal information and can address any concerns they may have about their data.

Data Sharing

User Fee ensures that no user data is shared with third parties. Our servers handle and encrypt all information, ensuring the privacy and security of users.

Children's Privacy

The app is intended for use by people over the age of 18. It does not intentionally collect any information from children under this age.

Updates and Notifications

User Fee notifies users of any changes to their privacy policy or other important updates through in-app notifications. Also, the government can send text messages to users' phone numbers to let them know about important updates or information.
